Oksana Bronevytska
Associate professor, PhD in criminal law, defense lawyer, CEO of the NGO in Ukraine “Foundation for Institutional Development”, lecturer of criminal law and international criminal law in Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. Oksana started her cooperation with the National Agency on Corruption Prevention in 2020 in the sphere of protection of whistleblowers’’ rights. Individual UNDP national consultant on the development of training materials for an online course on the protection of whistleblower rights (https://study.nazk.gov.ua/courses/course-v1:NAZK+up002+2023-02/about/).
Conducted trainings for the judges and for free legal aid lawyers on peculiarities of whistleblowers’ protection in civil, administrative and criminal procedure of Ukraine. Developed a pilot project on implementation of psychological aid to whistleblowers in Ukraine in association with the National Association of Psychologists of Ukraine.
